Hi, my name is Erica, I am a nurse from Western NY. I have owned Cockers since the age of 18 in 1990. My first Cocker Spaniels were rescues. I acquired my first “show dog” in 1993, and have been breeding Cockers since 1999. I have left an ever lasting foot print on the breed as a breeder of American Champions & several Sable/White Canadian Champions. I have always taken pride that my Cockers are very true to the standard structurally and have outstanding temperaments. Health soundness has always been very important to me, and over the course of 20 plus years, I made a lot of sacrifices and have developed lines of really healthy Cockers. I perform genetic health screening/certifications on my dogs such as Gen Sol, CAER and OFA testing. I am a hobbyist & breed preservationist, not a “for profit” dog breeder. I only have 6 Cockers and only breed a litter a year usually. My husband Dave and I met in our early 40’s and the dogs are the children we weren’t able to have together ! They are very loved & spoiled. Email ericapotts72@gmail.com
