Breeding Program Description(Required)

Provide a written description of your breeding program, including its specific purpose, points of emphasis, and any areas of differentiation. Please write in complete and accurate sentences.

Contracts & Guarantees(Required)

I certify I provide and honor a written contract with every sale.

I certify I provide and honor a health guarantee with every dog I sell.

I certify I accept back any dog sold that the buyer can no longer retain.

File Submissions

Championship Title Certificates(Required)

Submit a minimum of three (3) prefix title certificates completed in the last five (5) years, or minimum of five (5) prefix title certificates completed in the last ten (10) years. Only American Kennel Club (AKC) and Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) championships recognized. Upload in .pdf, .jpg, .png, .doc or .docx format. Max file size: 25MB.

Health Testing(Required)

*Upload complete results on three (3) dogs in your breeding program that you own, completed in the last five (5) years, as recommended by the National Parent Club. Health test requirements can be found on the AKC Breed Health Testing Requirements webpages. Navigate to your Group, then Breed. (https://www.akc.org/breeder-programs/breed-health-testing-requirements/)

Photography(Required)

*Upload a collection of your finest photography. Show win photos are desired, but we also recommend including professional photography of both you and your dogs. NOTE: JPG or PNG files recommended. Kennel & Facilities(Required)

List any additional specialty club memberships. By listing a club, you certify that you are an active member in good standing.

By listing an all-breed club, you certify that you are an active member in good standing.
