The Better Breeder Certification is the premier breeder of merit program designed to recognize purebred conservation dog breeders and differentiate them from backyard, for-profit, and commercial breeders. Learn more.

Please provide the required information so our team can complete their review of your breeding program. You must upload the following files:

Prefix championship certificates
Health testing results (or DOGG!T Verification)
Photography of your dogs and kennel.

This application will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Applications will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. Our team will contact you with any questions about your application.

Provide a written description of your breeding program, including its specific purpose, points of emphasis, and any areas of differentiation. Please write in complete and accurate sentences.

Submit a minimum of two (2) prefix title certificates completed in the last five (5) years, or minimum of five (5) prefix title certificates completed in the last ten (10) years. Only American Kennel Club (AKC) and Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) championships recognized.
