Together Committed to Purebred Conservation Dog Breeders
DOGG!T Breeder Verification
The Better Breeder Institute is proud to partner with DOGG!T, a groundbreaking health-regulated breeder network. DOGG!T adheres to rigorous standards, requiring all breeding dogs to meet OFA and breed club health clearance recommendations with approved grading before litters can be listed on their platform. This meticulous approach to vetting ensures a high standard of care and responsibility within their network. We are proud to integrate DOGG!T Breeder Verification into the Better Breeder Certification Program.
DOGG!T’s Premier Breeder Club celebrates breeders who exemplify excellence, guided by the philosophy of “making the best better,” a nod to the founders’ 4-H roots. As second-generation dog fanciers, DOGG!T’s founders bring a wealth of experience, from their early days in 4-H and AKC Jr. Showmanship to owning a Westminster group-winning dog. They deeply understand the challenges faced by responsible breeders.
The platform focuses on thoroughly vetting both breeders and prospective puppy homes, fostering meaningful relationships over weeks or months to ensure compatibility. This process streamlines the selection, easing the burden on breeders and ensuring that puppies are placed in well-suited, informed homes.
DOGG!T’s mission is clear: by matching the right dog with the right household, they aim to combat shelter overpopulation and help eradicate puppy mills and irresponsible breeding. This innovative approach supports responsible breeders and educates puppy families, creating a trusted resource for ethical breeding and ownership.
DOGG!T’s Premier Breeder Club is designed for verified breeders who meet the following criteria:
- Own a AKC-recognized breed.
- Actively participate in Conformation or Performance Sports.
- Provide breed-specific OFA health clearances or CHIC certifications for all breeding dogs listed on the platform.
Joining the Premier Breeder Club is completely free for breeders.
