Whitehall Collies began in Southern California in 2009, with the addition to our family of a gorgeous sable boy, “Kieran”.  Kieran entered a Puppy Match at 10 months of age and came home with a Best In Match silver tray, a big ribbon and a basket of swag!  Three years later we added our second Collie, a white female puppy named McKenzie. A job transfer to the Atlanta area enabled us to grow on a 2-acre wooded lot with a creek and large 3-story home where we could devote a whole finished level to raising our dream Collies. Starting with McKenzie, our Whitehall Collie family now numbers close to 60. Our Collie progeny successfully compete in conformation, agility, FastCat and herding. What they win most often, though, are hearts!

We breed Collies who will best represent this unique breed for its most prominent virtues: beauty, soundness, temperament. Of these, temperament is key, so we have used Milas Collies to form our genetic baseline and made strategic outcrosses to more consistently produce our prized physical characteristics: expression, rears, ribspring, stop, muzzle and underjaw. Milas bloodlines have lent us coveted abundant coats (important in a relatively warm climate)and long necks with lovely arch, proper croups and tailsets. Our foundation bitch came from Afterhours, Gambit and Donnybrooke with lovely head planes and a solid shoulder layback, which we have (happily!) kept.

All breeding stock is genetically tested and X-rayed with OFA. Pups are CERF eye certified by a veterinary ophthalmologist, vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and health-guaranteed.
