Trouvae Labradors

Trouvae Labradors is a small Labrador Retriever breeding program located in Southwest Ohio, near Cincinnati. Our program is built on decades of involvement in purebred dogs, with an emphasis on Labrador Retrievers that reflect the breed standard in structure, temperament, and type.

Our dogs are actively exhibited in AKC conformation, and breeding decisions are made thoughtfully with consideration for health, pedigree, temperament, structure, and the strengths each individual dog brings to the next generation. We breed infrequently and with purpose, generally planning a litter when we hope to retain something for our own program.

Puppies are raised in our home using age-appropriate socialization, enrichment, early training, and household experiences to help prepare them for life with their families. Our breeding dogs receive breed-appropriate health clearances, including OFA hips and elbows, cardiac evaluation by echocardiogram, annual eye examinations, and relevant DNA testing.

Trouvae puppies are placed as companions on AKC Limited Registration. We value long-term relationships with our puppy families and remain a resource throughout the lifetime of every dog we produce.
