Paisley Dalmatians

Paisley Dalmatians started in 1967 with the vision of breeding healthy dogs who were also successful in the show ring and that started with a sound, healthy foundation.

13 generations later, we are still continuing that vision, but have also added to the goal breeding a versatile Dalmatian. A dog who can win in the showring with their brand new handler, dogs who are successful in sports and most importantly, sound, healthy dogs who are also excellent companions.

We have bred or owned over 250 champions, most of which are finished breeder-owner-handled or owner-handled. Dogs include Best In Show Winners, DCA Best of Breed Winners, Register of Merit and Register of Merit Excellent Producers, successful sport dogs including High In Trial Winners, Obedience Trial Champions, Agility Champions, Top Ranked dogs in all sports and individual dogs who have over 200 titles.

Our main goal is to be a Preservation breeder – a breeder who breeds to the standard – no odd colors, no long-coats, dogs who are proper structure, soundness and correct Dalmatian temperaments. We mentor new people who are hopefully able to carry on the torch of our dogs and the breed.

Most importantly, our dogs are exceptional companions. Not everyone wants a show dog or sport dog – the majority of our dogs live as companions only (as do the show and sport dogs). We are there every step of the way to help our owners raise sound, happy companion that will bring them many years of joy and happiness.
