Our mission at Mockingbird Border Collies is to produce a versatile, do it all companion suited for many lifestyles. We believe that in its essence, the border collie is a working breed and aim to preserve that instinct while maintaining quality structure and temperaments. We are also firm believers in backing our claims with titles!

All of our dogs are working towards, or have earned, the BCSA Versatility award. We believe this is a great foundation to  proving versatility, as well as awarding our dogs for their accomplishments. In order to achieve this award, the dog must have a minimum of three competitive titles and a mandatory herding title. As you look through our dogs, you will notice most are titled in far more than just three events. We believe that more is always better, and take every opportunity we can to exhibit and work our dogs.
