Devanley Labradors is dedicated to breeding exceptional Labradors that excel in all aspects of life, catering to Labrador enthusiasts who seek only the best. You can find our Labs adorning couches, working as therapy dogs, working as service dogs, competing in the conformation ring, the agility ring, and the obedience ring, running hunt tests, and being everyone’s best friends.
Established in 2004, we believe that it is important to adhere to the breed standard and we strive to produce sound, healthy dogs, both in mind and body. Personally, we compete in AKC conformation events. We thoroughly health test beyond what the LRC calls for. Our Labradors in addition to OFA Hips, Elbow, Cardiac, & yearly Eye Exams, we make sure we produce no puppies that will ever be affected by diseases such as CNM, CMS, DM, EIC, HNPK, MCD, PRA, RD/OD1, SD2, & Stargardt. We color test and dilute test although our pedigrees do not carry dilute.
All puppies are raised on the main floor of our home & receive the skills set they need to be successful in their new homes.

AKC/CKC Performance Titles
We currently are expecting a litter of bench-bred chocolate Labrador puppies from fully health tested parents (OFA Hips, Elbows, Advanced Cardiac, & annual CAER exams along with extensive genetic testing). Take home date - end of August 2026.
Sire is GCH CH van Dalen IBIM BRUCE AOM aka Bruce owned and loved by Dr. Laura van Dalen. Bruce is fully health tested including OFA Hips Good, Elbows Normal, Advanced Cardiac Normal, Eyes Normal and clear on his genetic panels.
Dam - Devanley's Waimea Canyon "Mea" who is the daughter of our first AKC CH Devanley's Grand Canyon "Rocky" and her mother was Devanley's Kale's Kokaleaka. Mea is also fully health tested with OFA Hips Good, Elbows Normal, Cardiac Normal, Eyes Normal & PPG Labrador Panel clear except Stargardt Carrier for which the sire is clear.
We wanted a very special boy for Mea's 3rd and final litter and we have found that in Bruce who is a lovely typey boy has producing very beautiful and sound puppies. We are expecting both physical and mental soundness that will be great family companions as well as service/therapy dog prospects.
Pups are raised on the main floor of my home and receive daily enrichment so that they are equipped to meet the world when they met the family they are matched with - I get to know my families as well as my puppies so that puppies are placed in homes where they will be most successful and happiest in.
All families are screened - a detailed questionnaire is required to be completed, a reference check with current vet, and a phone interview.
Puppies leave here with all age appropriate dewormings/vaccinations and families receive a notebook with a Puppy Instruction Booklet (first sent via email to review before take home), a health/weight record along with recommended vaccination schedule, pedigree. a copy of parental health clearances, contract, microchip information, bill of sale and AKC registration information. A litter/mom scented toy is included along with anything else that will ease with the transition.
