As a veterinarian, scientist, and ethicist, I follow evidence-based practices that have shown consistent, positive outcomes.

You will never see me resort to means that question ethics, such as a merle-to-merle pairings, underage breeding, or using animals that have failed health tests. I respect my breed mentors and will not use dogs that are not quality representations of the breed standard.

While Collies are a head breed, I work on its entirety: head virtues, movement, and delightful temperament. I continue learning the breed standard, go over dogs with breeder judges, and read up on the strengths of CCA winners. Of course, health is critical (I am a veterinarian).

While my litters are infrequent, as I only breed to improve, I can promise that all puppies come from judicious selection. They are raised on Puppy Culture, Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), and an exhaustive list of positive exposures to set them up for success, happiness, and longevity. Quality over quantity.
