Due to a change in our breeding program, we have a 2 1/2 year old female looking for a new couch. Scribble is a high energy, high drive collie. She is best suited for a home that is willing to offer plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, and ideally has an interest in dog sports. Sadly, it was discovered during routine health testing that she has transitional vertebra in its mildest form. While this is unlikely to cause her problems, it is advised that she not take part in high impact dog sports such as agility, flyball, disc dog, etc. I would love to see Scribble try scent work or barn hunt as she loves to use her nose. She currently has 63.15 points toward her BCAT title in FastCAT, and 5 points toward a conformation Championship title in AKC. Titles she has completed are Canine Good Citizen, Trick Dog Novice, and Virtual Scent Work Beginner. Her new home does not have to show her, and would need to maintain her ear taping for her to be competitive in conformation.
Scribble has grown up as a member of the family and has house manners. She is crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and has some basic obedience skills. She's lived with large and small dogs and cats. She is very excitable around cats and, while cat-workable, would require training with them. Scribble is easily excitable so it would not be recommended for her to live with small children or the elderly.
