I have had Australian Shepherds for 50+ years. I have shown and bred Aussies for almost 25 years garnering multiple Champions, Group Winning, MBIS, MRBIS and top 10/20 dogs. I bred the #1 bitch for 2019 who is now retired. My dogs compete in most dog sports including Dock Diving and Fastcat. I am a RN, so health in my dogs and litters is of great importance. I have been fortunate to not have had any inherited diseases in the years I have been breeding. Structure, a balanced dog with correct movement along with a correct temperament is also of utmost importance to me. I am a mentor for my AKC parent club, USASA, and find great joy in mentoring not only judges and exhibitors, but bringing Juniors into the fold to ensure our next generation of exhibitors and breeders. The importance of maintaining a correct Australian Shepherd keeps me in the sport and I continue to breed on a limited basis to ensure that a correct Aussie is seen in the ring.
