The quality of the certified breeders is of great importance to the Better Breeder Institute. Approval of certification applications is based upon the information submitted by the breeder and their agreement to abide by the Better Breeder Institute’s Code of Ethics. If you feel a certified breeder is not deserving of the certification, or has violated the program terms and conditions, we ask that you provide us with those details in this form. We take these reports seriously and will thoroughly review them. Reported information is kept anonymous and your name will not be included in any communication.
